Today! 

I started my 5K training. I run 1.5 miles tomorrow.

So I have decided that I am going to get serious about my running. 

And I am planning a 5K running program. 

Here is my plan:

Week 1:

Mon-Rest

Tues- 1.5 mile run

Wed- CT

Thurs- 1.5 mile run

Fri- rest

Sat- 2 mile run

Sun- 30 min 1:7 ration of run/walk (Run a min and walk seven mins)

Week 2:

Mon- Rest

Tues- 2 mile run

Wed- CT

Thurs- 1 mile run

Fri- Rest

Sat- 2.5 mile run

Sun- 30 min run/walk combination 

Week 3:

Mon- Rest

Tues- 2 mile run

Wed- CT

Thurs- 1.5 mile run

Fri- Rest

Sat- 2.5 mile run

Sun- 30 min run/walk combination 

Week 4:

Mon- Rest

Tues- 2.5 mile run

Wed- CT

Thurs- 1.5 mile run

Fri- Rest

Sat- 3 mile run

Sun- 35 min run/walk combination

Week 5:

Mon- Rest

Tues- 3 mile run

Wed- CT

Thurs- 1.5 mile run

Fri- Rest

Sat- 3.5 mile run

Sun- 35 min run/walk combination

Week 6

Mon- Rest

Tues- 3.5 mile run

Wed- CT

Thurs- 1.5 mile run

Fri- Rest

Sat- 4 mile run

Sun- 35 min run/walk combination

Week 7

Mon- Rest

Tues- 3 mile run

Weds- CT

Thurs- 1.5 mile run

Fri- Rest

Sat- 4 mile run

Sun- 40 min run/walk combination

Week 8:

Mon- Rest 

Tues- 3 mile run

Wed- CT

Thurs- 2 mile run

Fri- Rest

Sat- Rest

Sun- 5K 

So there is my plan. I am basically doing this so I can train my self to pace and one day this year run a 5K. So I needed a plan and this is it.

I took a road trip and I am excited to put some pictures up of Birmingham, Alabama. Man I love traveling and exploring the world.
